The dimensions of this box are 6 x 6 x 1.5". It's painted a light metallic green on the outside and metallic teal blue green on the inside. Everything inside this box represents Mardi Gras time with an upcycled painted tin mask brooch, tiny gilded angels, a glittery painted fleur de lis and embellishments, chipped glass tiles and tiny crowns topped with rhinestones for the king baby. In the background stand two stained glass PET pieces. 
 
This shadow box is for lovers of the Mardi Gras carnival time with all the festivities that accompany it. It's filled with all the shades of purple and green and a few extras thrown in.
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. Sometimes, I don't see strands of glue left behind right away but, if it's there, it's no big deal to tweeze it off. This box can hang with the sawtooth hanger on back or sit freestanding. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.
