Forest Walk Fragrance- forest, ferns, juniper, sap, moss, florals, dirt, cypress, silver fir, ho wood, mimosa, and forest river rocks dampened with lichen and bark. This scent makes me think of what Middle Earth might smell llike.
Since I can remember, I’ve always loved the forest and loved to take forest walks. We called it ‘a walk in the woods’, where I was from. From short walks to very long hikes, the forest has always beckoned and each forest has a different scent. It’s like the scene presents the canvas for the scent. And every forest has some significant scent variation all of its own. One person's forest may not be another's.
Forest Walk has the earthy nuances of hiking trails and the sweet resinous myrrh of opoponax, which creates emotional calmness and stability. It has the essence of silver fir representing that soothing winter magic of the forest, and juniper for grounding and purifying. Juniper is even used as an ingredient to flavor gin and bitters. The woody and camphorous ho wood steps in and promotes relaxation while the evocative aroma of oakmoss gives a magical and mystical enchanted forest vibe. You may experience the fresh chypre note of heliotrope or the earthy soil aroma of tree sap and moss. If you’re really a nose that knows, you may detect Frankincense and possibly forest river rocks dampened with lichened bark. This is a very green, fresh, earthy scent. There really isn’t one dominant note. All the notes together blend and create a spa-like effervescence. I’ve had so much fun making this one. I’ve smelled so many forest scents over the years by various brands, which pushed me to create my own, and I’m very happy about this one. It has a bit of everything to offer. It’s not cologne scented like some, or dirt scented like others but natural, like of the earth. It’s most definitely a unisex scent and one that needs to be tried at least once. Hopefully, it’ll be tried again and again.
