Mother of Wolves Diorama- winter art assemblage-white wolves shadow box art-she wolf fantasy decor.
 
The dimensions of this box are 12 x 8 1/4 x 1 1/2". The box was finished with an oak stain. I provided a distressed medium, then painted the front, sides, and interior with a chalky white paint finish. On top of the box is an aquamarine colored glass drawer pull. The outside is trimmed with pieces of glass tile and glass marble filler. Within lies three black cabochons that spell the word "SHE". A white wolf family stands in front on top of snow and a white owl sits atop snow-covered boulder rocks. They're surrounded by falling snowflakes of different shapes, textures, and sizes. In the middle, behind the panes, stands the mother of wolves, collaged from a stationary piece, surrounded by more snowflakes and glass marbles. In front is a snow-covered log.
 
This is a wintry piece for lovers of snow and the season and also for all the wolf lovers out there. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. Sometimes, I don't see strands of glue left behind right away but, if it's there, it's no big deal to tweeze it off. It can hang with the sawtooth hanger on back or sit freestanding.
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force. 
Don't use the drawer pull on top to pick up the box. It is for decorative purposes only.
