The dimensions of this box are 6 x 6 x 1.5". First, it was stained, then given a distressed finish, and painted a medium shade of blue. It's trimmed in buttons and the word "Because" is spelled out on the top. Inside the box are two vintage raggedy dolls with their teddy bears and cat. They're surrounded with hearts, hand-painted miniatures, and flowers. A sign in the middle of them says "Your Heart And My Heart Are Very Old Friends". 
 
This is one for your bestie and reminiscent of the old Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls we played with back in the day. The colors are mostly primary shades and would work well in a children's room or nursery.
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. This piece can be hung with the sawtooth hanger on back, but can stand upright all on its own. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue.
