Poetic Angel Diorama-praying angel girl-book and poetry lovers art.
 
The dimensions of this box are 6 x 4 x 1". The box is painted a metallic shade of cocoa and is lined with pieces of glass, upcycled jewelry, burlap, and fabric. Inside is a little retro style praying  angel girl. An oval sign beside her states "She Lives The Poetry She Cannot Write". More pieces of jewelry are scattered, along with some cameos and an old watch face. A small pink retro television is beside her on a painted block and mini bottles are filled with goodies. 
 
This little angel longs for, and prays for inspiration. She fears she can no longer create the words she wants to write so, she must live them instead. But, only for the moment. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. This piece can be hung with the sawtooth hanger on back, but can stand upright all on its own. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

It is not intended for small children.
The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force.
