Vegetable Soup Christmas Tree Resin Art - multi colored Christmas tree wall art - all year Christmas tree art.
 
The dimensions of this piece are 6 x 5". I painted the unfinished wood with  mixtures of silver and white and sprinkled icy blue glitter sporadically. At the top of the tree is a glass diamond piece and the base of the tree is orange glass. The colors of the glass/rocks reminded me so much of childhood and vegetable soup so, that inspired the name. Resin was poured on top to provide a glossy and shiny finish. The back side is smeared with mixed brushstrokes of silver and white. 
 
This tree could be displayed year-round as it's not really Christmas themed colors. I just felt like doing a non-traditional colored tree with resin. 
 
This piece can hang on doors and walls with the wire hanger that's affixed on it. 
 
My pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.
