The dimensions of this box are 5.5 x 4 x 1.5". It's painted a chalky off-white shade in a distressed style. Inside the box is a faux cherry blossom with smaller blossoms falling around it. A pup sits and waits beside a tombstone. In the middle is a bench with a mini book, bottle of rum, and a black old school boom box radio.
 
This would make a nice gift for those who have sustained the loss of a pet or a human. Its theme is reminiscent to the book and drink the human loved most, and the music they listened to when together. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. This piece can be hung with the sawtooth hanger on back, but can stand upright all on its own. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.
